SERVICES

What we do

Engagements are monthly and scoped in writing. Nothing is billed by surprise, and nothing is filed without you seeing it first.

Registration & setup

Company or individual-entrepreneur registration, tax-authority enrolment and bank onboarding — with the right structure agreed before anything is filed.

Bookkeeping

Monthly records maintained to Georgian standards, reconciled against your bank, and kept in a state where any inspection is a non-event.

Tax returns & filings

Monthly and annual declarations prepared, reviewed with you and submitted through the Revenue Service portal. Deadlines are ours to track, not yours.

Payroll

Salary calculation, pension contributions and employee withholding for local and remote staff, with payslips issued on a fixed monthly cycle.

VAT & compliance

Threshold monitoring so registration never catches you late, plus reverse-charge treatment and the correct handling of exported services.

Advisory & audit support

Structuring, double-taxation questions, and second opinions before a decision rather than after. We also stand with you through audits and enquiries.

SELECT YOUR SITUATION

Which one are you?

Most clients arrive with the same question in a different shape: which structure am I actually in, and what am I responsible for? Pick the closest match to see what applies.

GEORGIA, IN PLAIN TERMS

Which structure applies to you

Georgia's system is genuinely simple once you know which door you came through. The rates, thresholds and deadlines that follow are things we set out in writing for your specific situation.

Ask which one fits you

Individual entrepreneur

The route most freelancers and consultants take. Simplified turnover-based regimes are available if your activity qualifies, with light monthly reporting and no employees.

Limited liability company

Georgia taxes companies on profit you take out, not profit you keep — so reinvested earnings stay deferred. The right choice once you have staff, partners or real costs.

Special statuses

Virtual Zone, International Company and Free Industrial Zone regimes carry real advantages for software and export businesses — and real conditions. We assess whether you qualify.

THE FIRM

Local professionals, used to cross-border problems

Founded in Tbilisi with a second office in Batumi, we are a team of qualified accountants and business advisors with decades of combined experience serving international clients.

We specialise in helping entrepreneurs, investors and expatriates navigate Georgia's tax and regulatory landscape with confidence. As both local professionals and people who have worked across borders, we know where cross-border business actually gets stuck — and we give practical answers rather than caveats.

FAQ

Asked most often

If your question isn't here, send it over. We answer in writing, and the first answer is free.

No. Both companies and individual entrepreneurs can be registered by non-residents, and neither of the simplified regimes depends on your personal tax residency. Residency matters for how your own income is taxed, which is a separate question we work through with you.

CONTACT
